This was an intense love story. It's amazing to me that the couple waited 25 years to meet and consummate their love. The words are very descriptive, and there's no denying the longtime fantasies the two has, but it was really hard to stay with and follow everything going on in the book. Many times I had to reread passages to understand who was talking, and the numerous analogies and poems were a bit tedious for me. So by the time you get to the final pages, it's hard to be super excited about the outcome. It's pretty much an erotic romance, supposedly for older folks, because they were older lovers, but they didn't seem realistic to me. It was an interesting romance, I guess, but I wouldn't want to read the book again, because it was so "stream of consciousness" that it was bogged down and hard to read.Product details

I found the story very interesting and the story was told in a way you could almost visualize the plot the only thing that took a bit getting used to is the different stories not one continues story but I really liked it.

This book sizzles. A must read for anyone who has ever been in love. The anticipation, longing, writing to the beloved then meeting face to face keeps the reader enthralled and wanting more. But Moss doesn't leave you hanging, oh no, she carries the story to fulfillment and happiness that only two people who love can find in each other. And the language of poetry is beautiful, reminiscent of Song of Solomon.
New Kiss Horizon was a book I wasn’t sure if I’d really get into before I started, but was intrigued enough to give it a go, and how glad I am that I did. It’s a modern day take on a drawn out love affair never given a chance to bloom, and a breath of fresh air compared with many contemporary love stories.
The writing is as passionate as the plot, and the romance and anticipation is built up very well to the extent that you can feel the yearning yourself. Moss is a writer I was previously unaware of, but I wasn’t surprised to learn of her achievements after reading the book for myself.
Now eager to read more, keep up the good work.
